A Four-Part Fundraising Program
Join us for this four-part series designed to build a relationship-centered approach to fundraising throughout the year. Each session stands alone with insights you can implement immediately, yet together they create an integrated strategy for sustainable ministry funding.
Whether you're just beginning your fundraising journey or refining years of experience, this program will equip you to move beyond transactions and build a thriving community of engaged supporters who are genuinely invested in your mission.
Sessions will include:
1. MAXIMIZING EVENT FUNDRAISING - offered twice, April 2, 2026 and April 30, 2026
2. ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIES: INVITING NEW SUPPORTERS INTO YOUR MISSION - June 4, 2026
3. MAJOR DONOR CULTIVATION: BUILDING A CHAMPION COMMUNITY - August 25, 206
4. ANNUAL FUNDRAISING PLANNING: REFLECTING, LEARNING, & LOOKING AHEAD - October 30, 2026
The Complete Series: Starting with event fundraising to expand your reach, you'll progress through authentic relationship-building, major donor cultivation, and strategic fundraising planning — each building on Biblical principles of stewardship and community. Attending all four sessions gives you a comprehensive roadmap for year-round success.
Flexible Participation: Each session is designed to be immediately implemented, so you can join at any point in the series based on your most pressing needs. Start wherever you are, and return for the sessions that align with your organization's current stage and goals.
Come for one workshop or commit to the full series — either way, you'll leave with practical tools, real-world strategies, and renewed vision for fundraising that honors both your donors and your mission.
Each session is 3 hours long which includes tacos, coffee, and time to workshop and collaborate with peers. When you register for Session #1, you will be asked if you intend to attend the 4 part series.
Designed for staff and board members engaged in fundraising, these interactive session will give you practical strategies that do more than raise money, but that deepen relationships and expand your circle of engaged, passionate supporters.
Both newcomers and seasoned fundraisers will explore their own successes and challenges while discovering fresh approaches from our experts and peers.
Part of our four-part GROWING YOUR GIVING COMMUNITY series, but designed to deliver value whether you attend one session or all four.
This session will be offered twice with identical content, once on April 2, 2026 and again on April 30, 2026.

This free workshop will be led by Julie Kouri, a long-time nonprofit leader, advisor, and coach with experience designing and leading multiple kinds of large and small fundraising events. The former Founder and long-time Executive Director of Fostering Hope, and now the Executive Director of Good Works Community, Julie understands well how to lead a faith-based nonprofit organizations, and how to connect deeply with and minister to donors. Julie is also certified in the national Christian fundraising program developed by Mission Increase, and serves as the Central Texas regional director for Mission Increase.
