LUNCH & LEARN: Measuring What Matters (FREE & ONLINE)

Description

MEASURING WHAT MATTERS

How to Focus on the Few Metrics that Actually Drive Mission Impact

May 20, 2026 | 12:00–1:00 p.m. (CT)

Zoom | Free to attend

Many ministries track more data than they can meaningfully use. In this facilitated Lunch & Learn roundtable, we will focus on one central question: Which metrics truly drive mission impact?

Together, we will explore how to apply the Pareto Principle to your measurement practices. A small number of inputs often drive the majority of outcomes. The challenge is identifying those few indicators and releasing the rest.

This session prioritizes conversation over content delivery. You will engage with peers, reflect on your own reporting practices, and learn from the real experiences of other Christian nonprofit leaders.

What to Expect

  • A brief framing concept to anchor our discussion

  • Facilitated conversation around identifying high-impact metrics

  • Space to examine one program area where you feel measurement fatigue

This roundtable is designed for COOs, program directors, and leaders who feel overwhelmed by data but want to lead with focus and confidence.

This event will take place virtually on Zoom. Bring your lunch, your questions, your stories, and one program area where you want greater clarity about what truly matters!
