As believers, we understand the sinfulness and brokenness of every person (including ourselves!), and as managers and supervisors, we know we are held to a higher standard of not just leading people in a way that advances our mission but also loving and developing them as fellow children of God.

This free workshop will help all kinds of supervisors learn how to balance their discipleship role with their role as stewards of the organization's resources (including its people), and we'll cover many topics, including:

This free online workshop will be led by Matt Kouri, a long-time nonprofit leader, advisor, and coach with 10 years of supervisory experience in nonprofits plus 10 years of for-profit supervision experience (and lots of scars to show for it!).
